    LAW 1 Law of Purpose

“Our sole purpose in life is to add the highest value we can in all our endeavors unconditionally and continuously.”

This is the prime directive for life and covers every facet of our daily interactions both in our own minds and in working with others. It truly is a mind-set, a radical departure from the current paradigm within which the world operates.

Once you know who you are, then you know who everyone else is. That recognition automatically establishes your interconnection with everyone, and you begin to think as one. Just as the parts of our human bodies work to keep us alive, each person has his or her role to play, yet works with others as an ensemble to sustain the bigger body unconditionally. Once our understanding of who we are becomes clear, our purpose in life becomes clear: adding the highest value to whomever comes in front of us.

  • LAW 2 Law of Acceptance
    6/1/24

    LAW 2 Law of Acceptance

“Accept life as it comes to us with gratefulness and without conditions.”

To enable ourselves to stay on the path of adding the highest value, we must first accept life as it comes to us — with utter gratefulness and unconditionally — without prejudice, fear, judgment, or regret. As a consequence, we will operate in the present and will then be in a position to explore the hidden opportunities — in both our failures and successes — to add the highest value.

Life is full of rich experiences; what we take from those experiences depends on how we choose to perceive life: it is either happening to us or for us. If we determine that all of our experiences are happening for us, then life takes on greater meaning and depth. Truly, there is nothing to fear then. Everything happens for a reason, and it’s all about our evolvement to a greater understanding of who we are, our place in the world, and how we can add to life in brilliant and immeasurable ways.

Accepting life as it comes to us is about living in the present and not living in a mind-set of what might have been or could be. It’s not about focusing on regrets derived from our past or fear of what the future might hold for us. All action and the capitalization on our opportunities can only take place in the present. We can only operate in the present when we accept our current situation and creatively figure out a way to add the highest value.

  • LAW 3 Law of Abudance
    6/1/24

    LAW 3 Law of Abudance

“Abundance comes from the realization that resources do not belong to us, but are merely allocated to us to add the highest value.”

In order to operate in an abundance mentality, it is important to understand that it is not possible to own anything, as all resources belong to the bigger One and are merely allocated to us. Their allocation is either enhanced or depleted based on whether we are adding the highest value to the bigger One or not.

Many of the world’s problems are based on a “this is mine, and you can’t have it” mind-set. This territorial thinking has been with us since day one. It sets up a system of haves and have-nots and competition at any cost. Adding the highest value dispenses with egocentric, possessive thinking and seeks only to uplift the world around us. In the process, we also uplift ourselves, though that is not our primary focus, just an additional benefit. Once we leave the selfish words I, me, my, and mine out of our communication and interactions and seek only to add the highest value, the universe will take notice. Then watch and see what happens.

  • LAW 4 Law of Integrity
    6/1/24

    LAW 4 Law of Integrity

“For true, sustainable, and stress-free success and happiness, every thought, word, action, and decision must be completely immersed in and integrated into Oneness.”

This is the key to true, sustainable, and stress-free success in all aspects of life.

The big question is this: What is Oneness?

Oneness is that common omnipresent power, energy, and link running through everyone and everything, giving us life itself. Oneness unifies us into a bigger One. Essentially, we’re vehicles consciously enlivened and physically powered by that common superpower — Oneness.

The most extraordinary part of operating in Oneness is that we are automatically supported by the wisdom and power of the universe. It’s like rowing a boat in the same direction as a flowing river — there’s no stress, and there’s no getting exhausted. We get help from natural forces. Our decisions are not burdened by or entrenched in our worries, fear, greed, false hopes, prejudices, or egocentric insecurities and confidence. We’re not even confined to the limits of our conceived assets, including our knowledge, experience, wealth, intelligence, and education.

We are now positioned for true success in all of our endeavors, which are not limited to our businesses or careers, but also include our relationships and personal and social successes. We can enjoy success that is inclusive and complete, ever growing and expanding as we seek to add the highest value in all that we do.

  • LAW 5 Law of Leadership
    6/1/24

    LAW 5 Law of Leadership

“We cannot lead others until we lead ourselves first. In order to lead ourselves first, we must know who we truly are through comprehending the Oneness paradigm.”

The irony is that many of us think we are leading ourselves, when instead, our egos, insecurities, and greed end up leading us. The essential prerequisite for leading ourselves is to discover who in us should lead what in us.

Shakespeare’s “To thine own self be true” is a wonderful admonition to us all. We get so caught up in this frenetic world that we lose sight of who we truly are. In life, we want to be accepted and included by our families, friends, jobs, and communities — so much so that we begin to behave according to the dictates and demands of those relationships. Consequently, the person we show the world is a facsimile, a mask, a role — not the real us. Acting as a facsimile, we find ourselves lost in a sea of external influences, and one day, we begin to feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled with life and work, with who we’ve become — we are no longer true to ourselves.

You already have residing within you all the skills of a true leader. Mahatma Gandhi did not see himself as a leader, and he never strove to be a leader. He did understand, though, that a true leader’s principles and values are not for sale, displayed only when others are watching, or adhered to when convenient. He lived his principles and values every day without wavering. Others gravitated to him, the resources of the universe gravitated to him, and he was no more special than anyone else.

That leader resides within you. All you need to do is unveil your true self. And remember, you can’t lead others until you lead yourself first — and you can’t do that until you unveil your true self.

  • LAW 6 Law of Freedom
    6/1/24

    LAW 6 Law of Freedom

“We create real freedom through the discipline of Oneness, which guides us in choosing and living our values unconditionally.”

It is only the wisdom of Oneness that gives us our core value system, and we are then able to practice those values even when no one is watching. It is through living these values that we create our true freedom.

Discipline is one of those words from which most people shy away or even run away. We think in terms of strict teachers and intractable prison wardens watching and judging our every move. True discipline has nothing to do with that type of oversight. It’s about first determining what our values are and then following through at all times in practicing and living them. It has nothing to do with other people. If we’re practicing values for other people’s benefit, then we’ve missed out on the central theme of this immutable wisdom: to thine own self be true — period.

Once our values and discipline are firmly integrated into the fabric of our being, we have discovered true freedom, and nothing can deter us. Our total being unconditionally accepts the discipline to follow our values, and thus, discipline happens without resistance or thought; it’s an organic initiative and response all at the same time. Therefore, true discipline has less to do with willpower and more to do with a well-integrated value system. An integrated value system grounded in Oneness empowers and supports our willpower. In its absence, our willpower is merely a wish list.

  • LAW 7 Law of Change
    6/1/24

    LAW 7 Law of Change

“Living in the reality of constant motion and change, we must remain in a student mode of learning and making our best better.”

By making our best better, we are bettering ourselves. Remaining in student mode gives us unprecedented freedom, as we don’t limit ourselves in any way; we become a constant state of motion and change as we seek new solutions and more creative and productive processes to uplift everyone, not just ourselves or a select group.

Did you know that you acquire a whole new body every two to three years? Literally, the you of today didn’t exist two or three years ago because each molecule has been replaced by a new molecule. So you see, change is happening right within each of us, just as the solar system and universe are not static, but moving at incredible speeds. Once we accept the inevitability of change, we can then plan everything based on change, which is going to come about either through technology, circumstances, or events. All changes offer opportunities to add the highest value in everything we do.

Walt Disney’s “Imagineers” never stop seeking ways to improve, expand upon, and add greater value in all they do. And all of us get to benefit from their efforts in ways of which we aren’t even aware.

The world is in constant motion, and what we call reality is always changing. By

being open and not being afraid to explore and take information in without judgment, we are more apt to discover life’s continuing wonders. And who knows what areas will pique our interest, where we can contribute in some way that will benefit all of humanity and the environment? We can all become Imagineers in every area of life. Who knows what wonders the universe has in store for us? It’s time to step out of our gravity boots of safety and security, trust the universe, and soar.

  • LAW 8 Law of Values
    6/1/24

    LAW 8 Law of Values

“We can only live our inherent, true values, true integrity, when we are completely integrated with and immersed in the one Divine Power — Oneness.”

Oneness results in the removal of our illusionary egos, and we become truth and trustworthiness — essentially, integrity itself.

Integrity is one of those words, unlike discipline, that engages us in a positive and grounded way. We feel good when we display integrity. The thing about integrity, though, is that it is a 24-7 scenario, not a once-in-a-while opportunity to show off in front of others. Living our values 24-7 creates a clear pathway for us to follow, undeterred by life’s distractions and our egocentric desires. The outcome, integrity, will radiate outwardly to those around us. Combined with the other immutable Laws of Wisdom, we’re now in a position to truly lead ourselves, which will translate into providing true leadership for others.

We only activate or invoke our integrity, which otherwise lies dormant within us, when we first become one and completely integrate with the Oneness process and see the omnipresent one Divine power within everyone. This integrity empowers us beyond our wildest imagination to undertake unprecedented missions and objectives to add the highest value to our families, communities, businesses, and to all of humanity and the environment unconditionally.

It is important to realize that all our other values — honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, ethicalness, self-control, discipline, kindness, respect, gratefulness, lack of ego, selflessness, humility, dependability, honoring our promises, courage, fearlessness, loyalty, cleanliness, vision, fairness, a sense of humor, good communication and listening skills, the ability to be a team player, confidence, the ability to function at a high level — all organically come out of the seed of integrity, which originates from Oneness.

  • LAW 9 Law of Grace
    6/1/24

    LAW 9 Law of Grace

“The gift of life in its full integrated glory is only granted to us as we continue to add the highest value to the bigger One by completely and gratefully engaging all of our creative capacities until our last breath.”

In the Oneness paradigm, there is no such thing as retirement. We must engage our creative capacities on a daily basis — moment to moment — in all of our interactions and endeavors until our last breath.
