Fear of Changes - Part 1
All our efforts toward stabalizing our lives are about making things permanent and comfortable for us. This thinking is bound to create stress and frustration as we are going against the norm because everything we know changes moment to moment. The only way to bring about peace and harmony in our lives is to become an integral part of change in our psyche and actions and become immersed in continuously making our best better.
